Extended Texas Franchise Returns Due January 15, 2021

When the Texas Comptroller announced a change in the due date for 2020 franchise tax returns and public information reports on May 7, 2020, they changed the original due date from May 15, 2020 to July 15, 2020.  At the same time, they announced that the extended due date for these forms would be January 15, 2021 instead of November 15, 2021.
